Women Protection Cell

A committee for Women Protection Cell has been constituted to safeguard the well-being of all the women employees for WISE Engineering College (Teaching, Non-Teaching, and Technical) and girl students with the following objectives and activities.

Objectives

• To gain insight into the issues concerned with gender inequalities violence and insecurities faced by women employees and girl students
• To evaluate grievances and to suggest measures and actions for achieving safe and healthy environment.

Activities

• To conduct open forum
• To establish counseling session
• To conduct workshops/seminars with renowned speakers sensitizing on the women’s rights, privileges etc
• The women Protection Cell is empowered to punish the guilty persons with due consultation with the Principal of the institution as per rules.
